Sean & Nicole Kim are partners in the Kitchen and in Life.
Both graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, Sean & Nicole have a diverse background in upscale Italian, Japanese and French eateries.
Sean started out bussing tables and dishwashing to being the General Manager in his family's award winning Japanese restaurant. He has worked his way up in the industry working in the 3 Michelin star restaurant, Jean-Georges, and co-owned a thriving "Next-Gen" Mexican restaurant in Dallas, Texas. He is also a Managing Partner of a Culinary Consulting Firm based out of Texas.
Nicole began her work in professional kitchens at the age of 14. Her culinary career includes her work at 2-Michelin Star restaurant, Coi, in San Francisco, Chef de Partie at the prestigious Italian eatery, Lucia, in Dallas, Texas and has experience as a Wine Educator, at Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa Valley.
Both Sean and Nicole work side by side at the Complete Fly Fisher, a luxury fly fishing lodge in Wise River, Montana, where they prepare exquisite four course meals each night for their guests.

Looking for a unique and meaningful gathering of employees or co-workers? Look no further. We'll host your company party at a private venue and we will ensure a top-notch office party that'll leave everyone talking about it for years to come.
Depending on the number of guests, which dinner package you select and how you wish to customize your experience, we will provide you with an estimate on the cost of our services. This estimate does not include food cost. Clients will be responsible for all food costs related to the event and will be provided with copies of receipts.
Client must have a working kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, and basic pots & pans. Tables and chairs for all guests and all table service items. If you do not have all these items on hand, let us know so we can coordinate a rental order.
